1. Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your data from our systems:

• Send an email to contact@wisegist.com with the subject "Delete My Data".

• Include the email address associated with your account.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your request is received.

• Your request will be processed within 30 days, and all related data will be permanently deleted.

• The data that will be deleted may include your profile information, saved digest lists, subscription history.

2. Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription when requesting data deletion:

• By default, after your data deletion request is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and your data will be permanently deleted at the end of your current billing period.

• This allows you to continue using the service for the time you have already paid.

• If you prefer immediate deletion of your account and data, please mention this explicitly in your request.

• For legal and accounting reasons, some payment records (such as invoices) may be retained even after deletion.

• Retained data will only be used for legal or accounting purposes and will not be used otherwise.
