User Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you have used our service and wish to delete your data, you can request removal at any time.
1. Data Deletion Instructions
To delete your data from our systems:
Send an email to contact@wisegist.com with the subject "Delete My Data".
Include the email address associated with your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once your request is received.
Your request will be processed within 30 days, and all related data will be permanently deleted.
The data that will be deleted may include your profile information, saved digest lists, subscription history.
2. Active Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription when requesting data deletion:
By default, after your data deletion request is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and your data will be permanently deleted at the end of your current billing period.
This allows you to continue using the service for the time you have already paid.
If you prefer immediate deletion of your account and data, please mention this explicitly in your request.
For legal and accounting reasons, some payment records (such as invoices) may be retained even after deletion.
Retained data will only be used for legal or accounting purposes and will not be used otherwise.
