Free Trial Access
WiseGist offers a free trial period so that users can evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision. This trial period allows you to explore and test all features of our service.
Non-Refundable Payments
Because WiseGist provides a free trial period, all payments made after the trial period are non-refundable. By proceeding with payment after your trial period ends, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate our service and are satisfied with its features and functionality.
Exceptions
Exceptions to our no-refund policy may apply only in the following limited circumstances:
Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges.
Technical Billing Issues: If there was a demonstrable technical error in our billing system that resulted in an incorrect charge.
For any of these exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
