1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

1.1 DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on WiseGist, please notify us by sending an email to legal@wisegist.com. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

• Your full name;

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

• Identification of the material you believe is infringing and its location on WiseGist (for example, a URL);

• Your contact information, such as your address, phone number, and email, so we can reach you if needed;

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law;

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, WiseGist will promptly investigate the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. The complainant will be notified of any action taken.

1.2 Counter-Notice

If a user believes that content has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice. This procedure is available to users or copyright owners acting on their behalf, as required by the DMCA. The counter-notice should include the following information:

• Your full name;

• Your address;

• A description of the content that was removed or disabled;

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling was a mistake.

WiseGist will forward this counter-notice to the complainant as required by the DMCA.

2. User Responsibility and Content Use

All content on WiseGist is created and owned by WiseGist. Users may view, read, copy for personal use, and share links to content. Users cannot publish or upload any content. They have access solely to view and read content according to their subscription plan. Any commercial use of the content without prior written permission from WiseGist is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

3. Changes to Our DMCA Policy

WiseGist reserves the right to make changes to this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
